In more details for corporate clients planning their investment expantion:
Phase I – SITE SELECTION
- BB&T carries out site selection in the whole country and provides investigation of the layout, the technical infrastructure, accessibility, negotiations with private, municipal and state owners of plots.
Phase II – PRE-DESIGN SERVICES
- BB&T explores all legal requirements and planning provisions concerning the site and the subject of construction. We carry out zoning and urban planning procedures, conversion of agricultural land, obtaining valid visa for design and all necessary permits thereafter.
Phase III – DESIGN AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- BB&T carries out all aspects of the design works. At every stage to bring the project into line with the Client’s requirements and the Authorities.
- In parallel, the company also carries out all approvals after the stage of Technical Project in order to obtain construction permit. At the same time, a full tender documentation is developed.
Phase IV – PROJECT CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
- BB&T observes the implementation of the project in accordance with all the local regulations and specific Client’s requirements. On site supervision is carried out on a daily basis to ensure quality control, quantity surveying and compliance with project drawings. All warranties and material certificates are inspected to meet the required standards.
